Necessary Skills
Demonstrate technical competence in:
- Review client documentation and related workpapers for accuracy and tax consulting
- General responsibility for supervising client tax engagements
- Development of Team Members
Demonstrate technical competence in:
- Technology including the ability to utilize systems and databases adopted by the Firm;
- Special expertise and experience in accounting, state and local tax compliance and consulting services;
- Plan and complete assignments in a timely manner; and
- Ability to recognize, research, document, and satisfactorily resolve technical tax issues.
- Utilizing current relationships and contacts, initiate meetings with organizations to introduce RubinBrown to the market and generate leads for new business;
- Playing an active role in other practice development activities including attending various professional/community/association meetings;
- Properly managing new and existing client engagements by providing service beyond their expectations in order to retain their business and encourage referrals to
- Expanding services to existing clients by encouraging clients to utilize the Firm’s services that will help improve the clients’ operations.
