Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Permanent Scheduling Specialist to join our team in the Tech Services industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction, with exceptional skills in project management, risk analysis, and scheduling. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles.

As a Permanent Scheduling Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing schedules for construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules for construction projects in the tech services industry.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project scope and requirements.
  • Conduct risk analysis to identify potential scheduling conflicts or delays.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments to the schedule as necessary to keep the project on track.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, potential risks, and proposed solutions.
  • Ensure all scheduling activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Use project management software and tools to optimize scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide expert input on scheduling matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in the construction or tech services industry.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Exceptional skills in risk analysis and problem-solving.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of managing schedules for complex construction projects.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
