We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Consulting School Psychologist to join our team in the healthcare industry. This role will primarily focus on servicing middle school age students, providing them with the necessary psychological support to thrive in their educational environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating students with a variety of psychological and educational needs. Responsibilities:

As a Consulting School Psychologist, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations to identify student strengths and areas of need.
2. Developing and implementing intervention strategies to support students' academic and social-emotional success.
3. Collaborating with school staff, families, and other professionals to create safe, healthy, and supportive learning environments for all students.
4. Providing consultation and training to school staff and families on topics related to child development, mental health, and education.
5. Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and plan for future services.
6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and services provided.
7. Staying informed about current research and best practices in school psychology and applying this knowledge to your work.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

1. A Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field.
2. A valid School Psychologist license in the state of Colorado.
3. A minimum of 1 years of experience working as a School Psychologist, preferably with middle school-aged students.
4. Demonstrated knowledge of psychological assessment tools, intervention strategies, and educational laws and regulations.
5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consultation skills.
6. The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
7. A strong commitment to promoting the academic and social-emotional success of all students.
8. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
