This position is running scrum processes and procedures for the engineering team and insurance services division, partnering with other key engineering leaders throughout the organization.

Job Details
· 8+ years total IT / software delivery experience, with 4+ years as dedicated Scrum Master.
· Hands-on Guidewire implementation experience (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter or Digital).
· Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent.
· Demonstrated success coaching Agile teams in a P&C insurance environment (commercial trucking a plus).
· Expert knowledge of Jira (or Azure DevOps) and Confluence; able to configure boards, dashboards, and reports.
· Proven servant-leadership, conflict-resolution, and facilitation skills in cross-functional/matrix settings.
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
· Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform, GOSU development life-cycle, and DevSecOps pipelines.
· Exposure to SAFe, Kanban, and Lean Six Sigma practices.
· Working knowledge of commercial trucking insurance operations and regulatory landscape.
