Responsibilities
Requirements
- Manage complex securities litigation cases from investigation through resolution.
- Defend clients in SEC investigations and enforcement actions.
- Represent financial professionals and firms in FINRA arbitration and regulatory matters.
- Oversee trial preparation, including strategy development, discovery, and witness preparation.
- Advise clients on shareholder disputes, financial fraud allegations, and compliance risks.
- Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams on multi-jurisdictional matters.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and advocacy.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) and 6+ years of experience in securities litigation and regulatory defense.
- Expertise handling SEC investigations and FINRA arbitration.
- Strong courtroom strategy and trial preparation skills.
- Background in defending financial institutions, brokers, and senior executives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex matters independently and drive them to resolution.
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
