Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a book of business within a defined territory, with a focus on both net-new acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
  • Identify customer challenges within the healthcare space and position our solutions to meet their needs
  • Conduct outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline through disciplined activity and outreach
  • Present customized product demos, lead discovery calls, and close deals with stakeholders across all levels
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor throughout their lifecycle
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs

Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in sales — either as a full-cycle Account Executive or a high-performing BDR ready to take the next step
  • Previous experience in SaaS or technology sales is preferred, but not required for strong performers
  • Comfortable using modern sales tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach.io, Salesloft, DocuSign)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to tailor messaging to executives and end-users alike
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities, with a consultative approach to selling
  • Self-motivated, organized, and driven by results
  • Passion for learning, adapting to change, and thriving in a fast-paced environment
