Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Preparing and analyzing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
3. Preparing and recording journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP.
4. Maintaining the general ledger and ensuring all financial data is accurate.
5. Assisting with audits, working closely with auditors to ensure all financial information is presented accurately and in accordance with regulatory standards.
6. Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, including P&L and balance sheet accounts.
7. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
8. Conduct detailed variance analysis between actuals and budget, and provide clear explanations for variances.
9. Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) activities.
10. Working on special projects as needed, providing financial insights and recommendations.


To be considered for the Senior Accountant position, you must have:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. A CPA or MBA is strongly preferred.
3. Prior Audit Experience is preferred
4. Experience with ERP systems & advanced excel
