Job Details
This Senior Accountant role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic financial team supporting multiple subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting skills along with the ability to drive process improvements and provide strategic insights to leadership.

- Manage general ledger accounting and financial statement preparation
- Lead agency audit processes and financial statement development
- Oversee fixed asset management and depreciation schedules
- Support budgeting and provide financial analysis
- Ensure regulatory compliance and tax reporting
- Collaborate on payroll processing
- Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Statutory accounting preferred
- Proven track record with audits and regulatory reporting
- Superior attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication abilities
