We are on the hunt for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our business, including general ledger management, financial reporting, and accounts payable. Responsibilities:

As a Senior Accountant, your main responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing the general ledger, ensuring all financial data is accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
2. Preparing and presenting detailed monthly financial reports to senior management, highlighting any significant issues or trends.
3. Managing accounts payable to ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and on time.
4. Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
5. Conducting regular audits and reviews to identify potential inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
6. Collaborating with other departments to provide financial analysis and advice on their operational strategies.
7. Staying current with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.
8. Ensuring compliance with all internal policies and relevant regulations, and keeping abreast of latest best practice.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this exciting role, you will need:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is highly desirable.
2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the consumer goods or eCommerce industry.
3. Strong knowledge of general ledger functions, financial reporting, and accounts payable.
4. Proficiency in accounting software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
5. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to create and present detailed reports.
6. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. A proactive approach, with the ability to identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organization.
