We are looking for a seasoned Contract Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This position will be instrumental in overseeing our accounting operations, ensuring financial compliance, and providing accurate financial information. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic perspective, be able to manage multiple projects, and have exceptional analytical skills. Prepare accurate financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring compliance with GAAP as well as federal, state, and local regulatory requirements for financial and tax reporting.

Contracts available have duration's between 4 weeks to 12 months***

Job Details

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Accounting
  • Management of all Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, including client invoicing, expense reimbursements, vendor registrations and maintenance, bank account /credit card reconciliations
  • Maintain accuracy of P&L, Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flow utilizing GAAP principles
  • Prepare yearly & monthly budget
  • Cash burn forecast (monthly/yearly)
  • Prepare Key Performance Indicator metrics
  • Sage, QuickBooks, Xero preferred
