Senior Accountant Or Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior accounting staff
• Manage relationships with external auditors and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification preferred
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and other regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in Netsuite and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and other advanced functions
• Prior experience with a Big 4 accounting firm preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
