Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly consolidated financial statements, reporting, and variance analysis
Analyze and investigate balance sheet fluctuations, including complex account activity, and communicate findings to leadership
Support general ledger integrity by developing and monitoring process controls across source systems, partnering with global teams
Perform reconciliations between sub-ledgers and the general ledger to ensure accuracy of balance sheet accounts
Provide financial analysis and insights to support the company’s overall financial position
Assist with monthly close activities, including preparation, review, and balance sheet sign-off
Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting
Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
Minimum of 3+ years of accounting experience
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint; Access a plus)
Experience with AS400 and/or Savvion strongly preferred
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Reliable attendance and strong sense of ownership and accountability
