Job Details

We're looking for a Senior Accountant to join our growing accounting team.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Keep track of our fixed assets—everything from transfers and depreciation to write-offs
  • Handle transitions from construction-in-progress to active use and help maintain our fixed asset roll forward
  • Own journal entries and reconciliations for things like expense allocations, accrued liabilities, and healthcare revenue
  • Help ensure our financials are accurate and delivered on time
  • Pull and analyze supply costs and other operational expenses
  • Keep monthly accrual reports up to date and support broader expense reviews
  • Support both internal and external audits

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience, healthcare is a plus
  • Proficiency in accounting software, Netsuite is a big PLUS
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions and reporting
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadline
