Responsibilities:
As a Senior Accountant, you will:

1. Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and in compliance with accepted accounting principles and standards.

2. Manage Accounts Receivable to ensure timely and accurate billing, receipt of payment, and resolution of discrepancies.

3. Perform complex financial accounting tasks, including the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses.

4. Maintain and manage the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and promptly.

5. Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

6. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.

7. Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with proven expertise in Financial Statements, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, and General Ledger.

2. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.

3. Strong knowledge of GAAP and other accounting principles and regulations.

4. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.

5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software.

8. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with strong decision-making skills.
