In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. You will assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, while also leading month-end and year-end closing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GAAP, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Manage general ledger entries and reconciliations.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal controls.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes.
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
