Are you an experienced finance professional with a knack for numbers and a passion for driving business growth? We are seeking a seasoned Senior Accountant to join our dynamic and fast-paced Accounting and Finance team. This is a permanent position that offers a fantastic opportunity to take on a pivotal role within our organization, where you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our financial operations, from month-end close to financial reporting, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Responsibilities:

As our Senior Accountant, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing and managing the general accounting functions, including but not limited to: general ledger, month-end, reporting, and payroll.
2. Coordinating and executing the month-end close process and preparing financial statements in a timely and accurate manner.
3. Conducting variance analysis and preparing account reconciliations.
4. Assisting in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial reporting.
5. Ensuring compliance with all internal processes and relevant regulations to achieve excellent audit results.
6. Collaborating with the finance team to drive efficiency and process improvements in all accounting-related tasks.
7. Participating in special projects and ad-hoc financial analyses as required.
8. Provided support for AR and AP processes

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role
3. Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills. Experience with accounting ERP systems
4. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. A proactive and independent approach to work, with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism.
