Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all general ledger activities, including the full accounting cycle, from data entry to finalization of financial statements.
• Perform month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and preparation of financial reports.
• Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports on financial findings and performance.
• Ensure compliance with all internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and systems.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
• Support audit processes by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
• Provide guidance to junior accounting staff, fostering an environment of learning and growth.
• Stay current with industry trends and regulations to ensure effectiveness and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or other relevant certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in the Marketing industry.
• Proficient in full cycle accounting and month-end closing.
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial data analysis.
• Excellent proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite, particularly in MS Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to non-financial staff.
• Ability to work independently, manage large workloads, and keep deadlines.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
