Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage general ledger operations and oversee the month-end and year-end close processes
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and variance analyses
  • Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and perform bank reconciliations
  • Ensure adherence to GAAP and internal financial policies and controls
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and internal audit procedures
  • Collaborate directly with international offices and vendors in Mandarin to align reporting and compliance
  • Utilize QuickBooks and Excel to manage data and produce detailed reports
  • Support the broader finance team with ad hoc analysis and special projects

Qualifications – Needed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CPA track preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably with international exposure
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken)
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, audits, and reconciliations
  • Ability to work both independently and in team settings in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
