*Hybrid Remote role (2x per week in office)*
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic and fast-paced Tech Services company. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of accounting duties, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and other special projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
2. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
3. Collaborate with the finance team to forecast and budget, analyze financial data, and assist with strategic planning.
4. Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
5. Work with NetSuite, ensuring accurate and timely financial data.
6. Utilize FloQast, Zip, and Brex tools to streamline accounting processes and improve productivity.
7. Use Excel for complex financial modeling and analysis.
8. Collaborate with other departments to improve financial procedures and ensure the financial integrity of the company.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree or CPA is highly preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in the Tech Services industry.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, including preparation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
4. Must have experience working with US based company.
5. Proficient in Excel is a must.
6. Proven experience with ERP Systems. NetSuite is a plus.
7. Experience with FloQast, Zip, and/or Brex is a plus.
8. Must be proficient in English.
9. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is a plus.
