We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on challenges and seeks growth in an exciting, fast-paced environment. As a Consulting Senior Accountant, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse array of clients, providing top-tier accounting and financial services and contributing to the overall success of our clients' businesses.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that will be integral to the financial success of our clients. These responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Reviewing and preparing financial statements, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
2. Conducting month-end and year-end close processes, including account reconciliations and analysis.
3. Assisting clients with budget preparation and financial forecasting, providing insights and advice based on financial analysis.
4. Ensuring compliance with GAAP and other accounting standards in all accounting and financial functions.
5. Providing guidance and support to junior accountants and other staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
6. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing new systems and processes as needed.
7. Assisting with tax preparation and filing, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
8. Communicating effectively with clients, providing them with timely and accurate financial information and responding to inquiries as needed.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Consulting Senior Accountant position will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of success. The following qualifications are required for this position:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
2. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA or other relevant certification is strongly preferred.
3. Extensive experience with month-end close processes, including account reconciliations and analysis.
4. Strong knowledge of GAAP and other accounting standards.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to a variety of audiences.
6. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and support junior staff.
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
8. Proficiency in accounting software and other relevant technology.
9. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
