Duties:

• Lead and/or assist in financial and business-related projects, providing analytical support to project teams and management.
• Utilize strong analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) to analyze financial reports and forecasts.
• Prepare monthly management reports, including schedules, worksheets, narratives, and variance reports. Ensure follow-up and documentation for significant variances.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts. Collaborate across departments to enhance performance and drive results.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, internal controls, and corporate policies and procedures. Coordinate and resolve issues to maintain financial compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Support the development of management reporting, data warehousing, and profitability reporting, both tactically and strategically.
• Lead special projects as assigned by the department or organization.
• Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks to meet operational needs and deadlines.

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, along with three to five years of progressively responsible experience in the accounting field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including V-lookups and pivot tables, is required. CPA license is preferred.
