Job Details

Review, analyze, and prepare monthly journal entries for the financial close process, including expense accruals, depreciation, amortization, and other required adjustments.
  • Prepare and analyze balance sheet account reconciliations across multiple entities and provide explanations for any unusual or unexpected variances.
  • Support internal and external audit activities by preparing fluctuation analyses for key accounts and compiling requested audit schedules for designated balance sheet items.
  • Prepare monthly intercompany invoices and review intercompany activity to ensure transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Assist finance leadership in reviewing month‑end income statements for various business units to confirm accuracy and completeness of recorded transactions.
  • Coordinate with operational and administrative teams to gather accounting information needed to complete month‑end journal entries for both domestic and international locations.
  • Provide business units with explanations for monthly expense variances and support their understanding of financial results.
