Job Details
- Lead general ledger accounting for plant assets and inventory
- Manage month-end close and deliver GAAP-compliant reports
- Oversee intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and audit readiness
- Support capital project tracking and fixed asset accounting
- Identify and implement process improvements across facilities
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing accounting
- ERP experience (BPCS, SAP, or similar)
- Deep understanding of GAAP, audit prep, and reconciliations
- A mindset focused on accuracy, deadlines, and strategic impact
