We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Chandler, AZ. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and providing valuable insights to support our business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of cash balances.
• Support the annual audit process by preparing schedules and providing documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Mentor and train junior staff members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
