Senior Accountant wanted for a busy CPA firm in Irvine. Our company works closely with our clients and provides bookkeeping and accounting services at different levels. Experience preparing monthly financial reports, adjusting journal entries, bank reconciliations, sales tax returns, property tax returns, and preparation of payroll and payroll tax returns.
Requirements include the following:
1. Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
2. Prior experience in preparing and reviewing bookkeeping accounts, be familiar with adjusting journal entries and monthly financial reporting.
3. Experience with Quickbooks desktop and online is a must.
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in bookkeeping & accounting
