Job Details
Job duties may include:
Minimum Requirements
- Participation in all activities related to cash and treasury procedures, including cash flow statements.
- Prepare period-end account reconciliations and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information.
- Prepare daily and long term cash projections based on historical information and information received from various sources.
- Review interchange and bank fees on a periodic basis.
- Assist with ASC 842 adoption and lease accounting, including new system implementation and adoption accounting.
- Maintain accuracy of leases within lease accounting system.
- Prepare period end reconciliations and reporting for lease activity.
- Assist with special projects including testing system enhancements, report development and establishing new account reconciliations.
Minimum Requirements
- Accounting degree and minimum 2 years public accounting experience
- CPA license preferred
- Extremely detail oriented
- Highly analytical and able to efficiently problem-solve
- Exceptional collaborative and teamwork skills
- Thorough understanding of US GAAP, specifically in the areas of Fixed Assets, Leases, Prepaid Expenses and Accrued Liabilities.
- Experience in cash, gift cards, credit card fees and leases.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet communicated schedules and deadlines
- Highly self-motivated, independent and proactive worker who is eager to learn
- Advanced Excel skills
- Some travel is required
