Seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join its growing Accounting & Finance Team at the Corporate Headquarters in Berwyn, PA.
Working closely with colleagues within the Accounting & Finance group, the Senior Accountant will gain broad exposure to the company’s accounting operations, with targeted training and development. Not strictly a desk job, the Sr. Accountant will have the opportunity for field work and immersive site visits to learn the building industry with company leaders. Opportunities to interact directly with the Executive Management Team.

Job Description
- Assisting with preparation of monthly financial reports
- Developing and analyzing cost reports
- Collecting information for third-party audits
- Preparing general ledger entries and reconciling accounts
- Analyzing support schedules for all general ledger accounts
- Commissions processing
- Review Sales Agreements
- Following company’s established accounting processes
Candidates shall have:
- BS in Accounting/Finance
- Strong analytical skills
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player mentality
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- A proactive and energetic approach to the role
- Prior homebuilding experience is a strong plus
- 4+ Years experience
