Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accounting Manager to join our Corporate Accounting team in the Environmental Services industry. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Oracle, OneStream, ASC 606, ASC 842, SEC Reporting, SOX, transactions, Leadership, Internal Audit, Assist in external audit, Establishing and maintaining internal controls, Cash Management, US GAAP, Disclosures, Preparation and review of financial statements, and Technical Accounting. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits packages.

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the company
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP and SEC regulations
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including 10-Ks and 10-Qs
- Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with SOX requirements
- Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Assist in the external audit process, including coordinating with auditors and providing necessary documentation
- Manage cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for the company
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and standards, and provide guidance to the team as needed
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA required
- 3+ years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in the Engineering industry
- Strong technical accounting skills, including knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606, ASC 842, and SEC regulations
- Experience with Oracle and OneStream required
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex accounting issues
- Experience with establishing and maintaining internal controls and managing cash flow
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to producing high-quality work
