Position Summary
The Acquisitions Manager will be responsible for evaluating and pursuing new investment opportunities by working directly with inbound leads from our internal call center. This role will lead the underwriting, negotiation, and closing process for mobile home park acquisitions. The ideal candidate will be highly driven, analytical, and experienced in sourcing and structuring off-market real estate transactions. This will be a highly visible role reporting directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of qualified leads from call center representatives and work to structure deals for purchase or wholesale
Perform initial property evaluations, market research, and deal analysis using financial models and acquisition criteria
Negotiate deal terms with sellers, wholesalers, brokers, and other stakeholders
Build and maintain a robust pipeline and database of off-market acquisition opportunities
Develop relationships with brokers, wholesalers, owners, and investors to support long-term sourcing strategy
Manage due diligence process including site visits, third-party inspections, and financial/operational data review
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, legal) to facilitate seamless closings
Track and report pipeline metrics and deal progress regularly to leadership
Stay current with market trends, submarket dynamics, and competitor activity
Qualifications
3–5+ years of real estate acquisitions experience (preferably in multifamily, single-family rental portfolios, or mobile home parks)
Proven track record of identifying, underwriting, and closing real estate investment opportunities
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to close deals effectively
Existing broker/wholesaler network or ability to quickly establish one
Proficiency in real estate financial modeling and valuation methods
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deals simultaneously
Familiarity with CRM and acquisition tracking tools is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business, or related field preferred
