Key Responsibilities:


We are looking for an Senior Administrator to support the Plant Manager, management team, and employees. This role helps keep the facility running smoothly by handling a variety of administrative, clerical, and coordination tasks.

Main Responsibilities

Answer phones, greet visitors, and direct them as needed
Handle mail, invoices, purchase orders, and other paperwork
Enter and update information in computer systems; run and share reports
Create and organize documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and files
Assist with scheduling meetings, calls, travel, and company events
Order office supplies and work with vendors for purchases or repairs
Support employees with communications and HR paperwork
Collect and enter employee time for payroll processing
Help with onboarding new hires, orientation, and training records
Track safety information and training, assist with reporting
Enter production and supply data into ERP system; close out production packets
Arrange shipping and related paperwork
Provide general support to operations as needed
