DUTIES:

Manage the daily execution of initial and replenishment allocation by store to optimize sales, margin, and inventory turn.
Effectively work with the Buying team to identify and implement allocation strategies to achieve financial goals.
Communicate with Buyers and Planners on a regular basis regarding all issues related to allocations, replenishment and inventory.
Execute allocation and replenishment strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels, based on demand data and historical trends.
Validate presentation minimums to ensure enough inventory is available to support planned events: promotions, catalog and print marketing efforts, specific store needs and floor placements.
Provide support to new associates on allocation processes, strategies, systems and procedures.
Generate and maintain allocation reports; tracking key performance indicators (KPI’s).

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree.
2-4 years’ experience in merchandise allocation and replenishment.
Strong analytical/quantitative skills.
Highly proficient in Excel.
Proficiency in using allocation, replenishment and forecasting systems and tools.
Knowledge of MicroStrategy reporting a plus.
