Salary: $180k-$220k

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Analog and Mixed-Signal Design (automotive or industrial industry preferred).
• Experience with various DC/DC power conversion topologies.
• Strong understanding of device physics.
• Experienced with mixed-signal design, simulation, and modeling.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, implement, and analyze trade-offs of different solutions
• Analyze system and block-level circuits via simulation and modeling
• Work as the design lead of ultra-low-cost low dropout regulators (LDOs).
• Be actively involved in the design right from kickoff.
• Work on top-level architecture as well as several blocks within the IC such as bandgap reference, passFET, charge pump, oscillator, thermal shutdown circuit, etc.
• Work on the top-level verification of an ultra-low power (ULP) synchronous DC-DC buck converter and design the power FETs, drivers and start-up circuitry for the same.
• Other projects/duties upon request
