Our organization is on the lookout for highly talented Analog IC Design Engineers to take a leading role in designing cutting-edge DC/DC converter products, linear circuits, and mixed-signal communication circuits. As a Senior IC Design Engineer contributing to our product development, you'll have the chance to:
Innovate Solutions: Envision, implement, and evaluate trade-offs among various solutions.
Master Circuitry: Lead transistor-level circuit design and conduct comprehensive simulations.
Analyze Complexity: Explore system and block-level circuits using advanced modeling and simulation techniques.
Solve Real-World Challenges: Tackle intricate integrated circuit issues in our well-equipped laboratory.
Collaborate and Lead: Partner closely with test, product, and applications engineering to guide new products from concept to production.
Supervise and Support: Provide oversight and assistance for physical layout tasks.

Key Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should:
Hold a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with over 5 years of relevant industry experience, ideally in the Automotive and/or Industrial sectors, demonstrating a strong foundation in analog design.
Possess expertise in various DC/DC power conversion topologies.
Exhibit a solid understanding of device physics.
Be familiar with mixed-signal design, simulation, and modeling.
Demonstrate motivation, a results-driven approach, creative problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to teamwork.
Have proficiency in utilizing general lab equipment.
