Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Senior Analyst - Equity Compensation to join our team. This role will be responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of the company's equity compensation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation analysis, particularly in equity compensation, and will have a passion for driving strategic initiatives that enhance our company's overall compensation structure.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage the company's equity compensation programs
  • Conduct comprehensive job evaluations and develop/maintain accurate job descriptions
  • Develop, implement, and administer compensation policies and programs that align with the company's strategic goals
  • Conduct market research and salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation packages
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure compensation programs are effectively integrated
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on equity compensation matters to senior management and other key stakeholders
  • Use advanced Excel skills to analyze and report on compensation data, VBA programming knowledge is a plus
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to equity compensation

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Mathematics or a relevant field of study
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CEP (Certified Equity Professional) preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of compensation experience, specifically in equity compensation
  • Experience conducting job evaluations, developing and maintaining job descriptions
  • Proven experience developing, implementing, and administering compensation policies and programs
  • Experience conducting market research and salary surveys
  • Advanced Excel skills, ability to write VBA is a plus
  • Strong understanding of equity and financials
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
