As a Senior Analyst focused on reporting, you will be part of our dynamic team, where you'll work on high-impact projects that aim to drive the business forward. The role involves strategic planning, data analysis, and reporting that will help shape our company's future. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement business performance measures, design analytical reports, and create dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
2. Collaborate with various departments to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant data.
3. Evaluate existing data collection and data management processes, recommend improvements, and oversee their implementation.
4. Present complex data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders, including senior management.
5. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and analyses.
6. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business objectives.
7. Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes to provide valuable insights.
8. Lead and mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a heavy reporting or investor relations role
3. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (must have)
4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
6. Proven experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
7. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work output.
8. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
9. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate team members.
10. Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and develop effective solutions.
