Senior Architect/Designer

Responsibilities:

• A key role in the overall design of the project
• Design and implement projects from conceptual design through construction documents by collaborating with project team
• Work with the project team and clients to formulate design schemes
• Prepare and manage design, construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for projects
• Be able to draft complicated details and sections
• Research and implement alternative and sustainable design approaches based on unique specifications, site conditions, regulations, etc.
• Balance multiple projects simultaneously in order to meet project deadlines and needs
• Ability to present designs to public entities and community groups
• Actively promotes a culture of collaboration and innovation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited college or university
• 5+ years of Architecture experience
• High proficiency with Revit, preferably as a Revit Certified Professional
• Strong freehand and digital graphics
