Seeking an experienced Senior Civil Litigation Attorney with a strong background in business, personal injury, and/or medical malpractice. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned legal professional capable of managing complex litigation matters, providing strategic counsel, and representing clients in various civil cases.

- Oversee and manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, with a focus on business disputes, personal injury claims, and/or medical malpractice cases.
- Develop and implement effective case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Conduct trials, hearings, and motions in state and federal courts.
- Provide expert legal representation in negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Conduct thorough legal research to stay current on relevant laws and precedents.
- Analyze complex legal issues to provide strategic and well-informed legal advice.
- Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, expectations, and concerns.
- Provide regular updates and communicate effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys and legal staff.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals within the firm to share insights and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of all legal filings and correspondence.
- Engage in negotiations to settle cases favorably on behalf of clients.
- Advise clients on settlement options and potential risks associated with litigation.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in the State of Pennsylvania.
- 7+ years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on business, personal injury, and/or medical malpractice.
- Proven trial experience and a successful track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities.
