Our prestigious law firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in construction defect law experience, civil defense litigation, general liability defense litigation, professional liability defense, insurance defense, managing associates, and trial experience. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.


  • Represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, and advise clients on legal matters
  • Manage a team of associates and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure the highest level of legal services are provided to clients
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure the best possible outcome for clients
  • Prepare and present cases in court, including trials, hearings, and depositions
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients and draft settlement agreements
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal proceedings
  • Attend mediations, arbitrations, and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings
  • Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients


  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing
  • 5+ years of experience in construction defect law experience, civil defense litigation, general liability defense litigation, professional liability defense, insurance defense, managing associates, and trial experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional legal services to clients
