Overview:
Qualifications:
- Lead and manage M&A transactions, providing end-to-end legal counsel from due diligence to closing.
- Foster positive client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to clients in M&A activities.
- In addition to taking on business handed over from the firm, must be willing to utilize entrepreneurial skills to originate and develop clients
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership.
- 3+ years of M&A experience, focusing on mid-size to large transactions.
- Proven ability to independently originate and develop clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to collaborate in a multi-office environment.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
