Job Details

Overview:
  • Lead and manage M&A transactions, providing end-to-end legal counsel from due diligence to closing.
  • Foster positive client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to clients in M&A activities.
  • In addition to taking on business handed over from the firm, must be willing to utilize entrepreneurial skills to originate and develop clients

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership.
  • 3+ years of M&A experience, focusing on mid-size to large transactions.
  • Proven ability to independently originate and develop clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
  • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate in a multi-office environment.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
