We are on the lookout for a highly motivated, experienced, and dedicated Permanent Senior Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a strong background in Insurance, Construction, and Liability law to play a pivotal role in our firm's success. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling complex legal matters, providing expert legal advice, and representing clients in legal proceedings.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert legal advice to clients on a variety of legal matters related to Insurance, Construction, and Liability.
2. Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and contracts.
4. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
5. Collaborate closely with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their legal needs are met and exceeded.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest legal trends, regulations, and rulings that may affect our clients and cases.
8. Contribute to business development efforts, helping to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
9. Assist in the training and development of junior attorneys and legal staff.
10. Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics in all dealings.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, with a strong focus on Insurance, Construction, and Liability law.
3. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
4. Exceptional legal research, analysis, and drafting skills.
5. Proven experience representing clients in court and other legal proceedings.
6. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
9. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
10. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
11. Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development and learning.
12. Proven ability to manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously, with great attention to detail.
