Job Details

  • Seeking a senior associate or partner with financial services litigation experience (comp up to 250K dependent upon experience but only that high for someone with a lot of experience).
  • Someone who can independently handle (and hopefully grow) a book of business, including formulating case litigation strategies, communicating them with the client (and carrier where applicable), overseeing and developing associates, and overseeing the billing functions surrounding those matters.

Comp: Associates are 1900 billable hours and get $15K upon hitting the minimum. Billable hours above 1900 are paid out at $50/hour and above 2000 hours are paid out at $75/hour. This doesn’t apply to senior counsel or partners. Partners are usually 1800 billable hours but it depends on the agreement. Bonuses might be built in quarterly based on hours. They are paid monthly draws and receive a K1 for the year. Flexible options to discuss
