Job Details

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and support Transaction Services engagements, including:
o Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis (buy-side and sell-side)
o Financial due diligence and modeling
o Historical accounting clean-up for transactions
o Serving as a client liaison during the transaction process
  • Collaborate with and train Associates while contributing to firm operations.
  • Engage in business development to expand the firm’s client base.

What You Bring
  • Experience: 2–4 years in Transaction Services (or TAS) + prior audit experience preferred.
  • Credentials: CPA license highly preferred.
  • Background: Big 4 experience (or similar caliber firms) valued but not required.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial drive, confidence without cockiness, and a hunger to grow.
