Job Details
What You’ll Do
o Financial due diligence and modeling
o Historical accounting clean-up for transactions
o Serving as a client liaison during the transaction process

- Lead and support Transaction Services engagements, including:
o Financial due diligence and modeling
o Historical accounting clean-up for transactions
o Serving as a client liaison during the transaction process
- Collaborate with and train Associates while contributing to firm operations.
- Engage in business development to expand the firm’s client base.
What You Bring
- Experience: 2–4 years in Transaction Services (or TAS) + prior audit experience preferred.
- Credentials: CPA license highly preferred.
- Background: Big 4 experience (or similar caliber firms) valued but not required.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial drive, confidence without cockiness, and a hunger to grow.
