Are you a seasoned professional in the legal industry with a strong background in Wage and Hour matters? Do you have a passion for litigation and trial work? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Senior Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate and a minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, specifically focusing on Wage and Hour matters. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a team of experienced professionals and to make a significant impact in the legal field.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Senior Associate (Wage and Hour), you will:

1. Provide expert advice and counsel to clients on complex Wage and Hour matters.
2. Represent clients in court, before quasi-judicial or administrative agencies, and engage in pre-trial discovery.
3. Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and interpret laws, rules, and regulations.
4. Conduct and manage Wage and Hour investigations and litigation.
5. Participate in the development of strategies to resolve complex legal issues quickly and efficiently.
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a comprehensive client representation.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state wage and hour laws, and industry trends to provide relevant and timely advice to clients.
8. Contribute to the firm's knowledge management and thought leadership on wage and hour legal issues.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

1. A Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Wage and Hour litigation.
3. Proven experience in trial work and a strong track record of successful case management.
4. Exceptional legal research, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
5. Ability to handle a large volume of cases and to work independently as well as part of a team.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.
7. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
8. Admission to practice law in the state and in good standing with the state bar association.
