Job Details
Juris Doctor degree (or equivalent degree)
Admission to the North Carolina State Bar preferred
Preferred candidates would have three to seven years of transactional experience (unless from a top firm)
Working knowledge of syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions preferred
