Job Details
As an Attorney on our team, we are looking for someone with the following experience:
Required practice experience either of below bullet points we are looking for, a combination is even better!
- JD Degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to New Mexico Bar
- 10+ years of litigation experience
- 2+ years of experience within Business law

- Experience with Securities law, Mergers and Acquisitions, and commercial leases and real estate
- Experience with Intellectual Property (trademarks, copyrights, patents)
