Job Details
Lead complex civil litigation cases through all phases including pre-trial, trial, and appeal.
Develop and execute litigation strategies, manage case budgets, and provide legal advice to clients.
Conduct or oversee discovery, draft legal documents, and argue motions.
Represent clients in court, mediations, arbitrations, or settlement negotiations.
Mentor junior attorneys and manage legal teams on case assignments.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in good standing with the state bar association.
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in civil litigation, with a proven track record of handling cases to successful outcomes.
Strong litigation skills including oral advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in supervising or mentoring less experienced attorneys.
Excellent analytical, research, and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team.
