Bonus structure:
$10,000 - $25,000 starting after 1910
$5,000 -$7,000 1900 – 1910 hours

Billable Hours:
Senior associate level – 1900 hours
Partner – 1850 hours

Job Details

We are seeking dynamic, highly-skilled Senior Attorneys & Partners to join our legal team. The successful candidate will bring their expertise in at least one of these areas: Insurance Coverage, Estate Litigation (Wills & Trusts), or PAGA Employment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in these areas and a proven track record of successfully handling complex legal matters.

Responsibilities

As an Attorney, you will be responsible for:

1. Providing expert legal advice and guidance to our firm on a wide range of labor law issues, including Insurance Coverage, Estate Litigation (Wills & Trusts), or PAGA Employment, etc.
2. Representing our firm in lawsuits and other legal proceedings.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents.
5. Collaborating with other members of our legal team to develop strategies for handling legal issues.
6. Conducting legal research and analysis to support our firm's position in legal proceedings.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Attorney position will have the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5+ years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on Insurance Coverage, Estate Litigation (Wills & Trusts), or PAGA Employment
3. Admission to the CA state bar.
5. Meeting $700k in billing hours for Partner candidates!
6. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to draft and review complex legal documents.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear, concise manner.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal judgments.
9. A high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
