Senior Attorney, Personal Injury (Plaintiff)

Our client is a personal injury law firm located in the Bronx, NY. Their firm is known for successfully representing accident victims throughout the New York metro area.

Small Firm with a growing client base

This is a full-time on-site Senior Attorney role located in Bronx, NY. The Senior Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating on behalf of clients, and representing clients in personal injury cases. Other responsibilities include managing cases and overseeing junior attorneys.


Qualifications
Law degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice law in New York State
Experience in personal injury
Ability to provide legal advice and conduct legal research
Excellent negotiation skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
