Job Details

  • Manage civil litigation matters from intake through resolution with a high degree of independence
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
  • Attend hearings and represent clients in California state court proceedings
  • Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
  • Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the court

Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active California Bar license in good standing (required, no exceptions)
  • Minimum 4 years of civil litigation experience in California
  • Experience or strong background in real estate and/or business disputes
  • Proven ability to independently manage a caseload from start to finish
  • Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills
  • Comfortable taking ownership of files without heavy supervision
